WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS CAN THE STUDIO BE USED FOR?
Ardor is perfect for small gatherings of all kinds. We specialize in intimate weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and private parties.
WHAT AMENITIES COME WITH THE STUDIO?

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK THE STUDIO FOR MY EVENT?
We recommend booking as soon as you have selected your event date. If you're booking an event on short notice, no worries - your selected date may still be available. Just be in touch!
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE STUDIO HOLD?
For seated events, we recommend no more than 35 guests. For standing or more free-flowing type events, the Studio can accommodate up to 50 people.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We have many packages available to accommodate any event.
During regular business hours (T-Th 10:30-5, F-S 10:30-3): $100/hr - $300/4 hours - $600/8 hours
All other times: $125/hr - $375/4 hours - $750/8 hours

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM RENTAL TIME?
Minimum rental time is one hour. Our standard maximum rental package is 8 hours but we're happy to work with you if you need the space for a longer amount of time.
IS STYLING INCLUDED?
No, event styling is not included in the cost of your rental. We will assist in set-up of any Ardor inventory items being used for your event but styling services - including custom decor, florals, etc. - are charged separately and on an individual basis. CAN I SET UP FOR MY EVENT THE DAY BEFORE?
Typically, we only allow advanced setup for weddings and similar events, but we always try to accommodate our guests in any way we can and we're happy to work with you to make set-up as convenient for you as possible. Please note that day-before setup may incur an additional fee, especially during the busy holiday seasons.
IS CATERING PROVIDED?
No, Ardor does not provide any catering services. However, you're welcome to bring your own food or have catering delivered and we do offer a full refrigerator and microwave. If you need help finding a great local caterer, get in touch - we know tons of them!
DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?
We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit along with a signed rental agreement to reserve Ardor for your event date. If you are planning an event from out of town, your paid deposit will act as your signature on said agreement.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellations must be made more than 72hrs prior to the event date or you will be responsible for the full rental fee. Although the deposit is non-refundable, if you contact us within this time frame you may reschedule to another available date!
CAN I RENT ITEMS TO BE TAKEN OFF-SITE?
No, the Ardor inventory items may not be rented off-site.
